We want you to love everything you order from hypedmode.shop, but if for any reason you're not feeling it, we’ve got you covered! Here's how our return and exchange process works:
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind before your order ships, no worries! Just let us know, and we’ll cancel it for you and give you a full refund. Once your order is shipped, though, we can’t stop the process, but don’t worry — returns are still easy!

Why Return?
Whether it’s not your style, not the right fit, or you just changed your mind — we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Return:
Make sure your items are unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them (tags on!). Then, just follow the easy return instructions in your email and ship it back to us.
Refund Processing:
We’ll process your refund as soon as we get your return and confirm everything’s in tip-top shape. It usually takes 5-10 business days to show up on your account.
Cost Information:
Return Shipping: You’re responsible for the return shipping fee, which is $10, unless the return is our fault (like we sent the wrong item or it’s defective).
Refund Time: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Why Exchange?
If you’re not quite right with your purchase, don’t worry — exchanges are accepted within 14 days too! Choose something that works better, and we’ll send it your way!
How to Exchange:
Just like returns, your items must be unused and in the same condition with the tags on. Follow the instructions we send in your email to get that exchange going.
Cost Information:
Exchange Shipping: There’s a $10 shipping fee for exchanges unless it’s our fault (wrong item or defect). We’ll get your new item to you ASAP!
Important Notes:
Refunds will be processed minus a $10 shipping fee unless it’s due to our mistake.
We only do one exchange per item, so you’ll need to choose between a refund or an exchange.
Please review our return and exchange policy to ensure your item qualifies before returning or exchanging.
If you received a defective or damaged item, just let us know within 14 days, and we’ll sort it out for you!
